This natural vacation home with a large terrace is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends in the Eifel.The vacation home has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and is 230 m² in size. It can accommodate up to 21 guests, including a maximum of 17 adults. The house has two fully equipped living areas, which are connected by an intermediate door. This means you and your friends live under one roof, but still have enough privacy and time for yourself.The vacation home has a large separate kitchen on the first floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette on the top floor.The large communal dining room on the first floor can seat a total of over 20 people at two tables. The large dining table seats 14 people. There is also a smaller table that seats a further eight guests.A total of 7 bedrooms with 21 beds are available, of which a maximum of 17 beds are suitable for adults. There are 4 double rooms, 3 four-bed rooms and 1 multi-bed room with 5 beds.There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a window.Outside there is an area of around 1,000 m². In front of the house, facing south, you will find a large terrace with enough seating for all guests. Behind the vacation home there is also a small terrace with seating and a large lawn. The large common room is equipped with a cream-colored kitchenette with granite worktop, which has a 5-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator.The open-plan design ensures that the transition between the dining and kitchen areas is seamless. The five-meter-high, partially exposed quarry stone wall creates a very special atmosphere in the room. The four floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows make the room appear large and open. The large table seats up to 14 people.The pellet stove provides pleasant warmth and can be time- and temperature-controlled. Together with the radiators, it provides a cozy feeling.There are a total of 14 sleeping places, 10 of which are for adults/young people, divided into five bedrooms. The Eifel-Atrium vacation home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery that can be used as a combined dining, living and kitchen area. There are also two galleries with additional living areas. The open-plan design combined with the large windows provides plenty of light and a spacious feel.The vacation home, which was newly built a few years ago, is located in the South Eifel Nature Park. It is very quiet and surrounded by meadows and forests.The house offers a total of 16 beds. There are 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and a multi-bed room with 8 beds. The Rodershausen vacation home has a total of 15 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest WC and a large kitchen, living and dining room as well as a further guest room. There is also a large terrace in front of the house. The 15 bedrooms can accommodate up to 30 guests.The vacation home has a large combined dining room with kitchenette and pellet stove. The dining area can seat over 25 people at two groups of tables. Right next to the living and dining area is the "small hall". There is space for up to 20 more people. The special feature of this open-plan kitchen is the free-standing kitchen block with counter, which can be used with its stools to complement the dining table.On the first floor, a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen has been created, which was once used as a bar. Right next to it is the former small hall, which is now used as another dining room. The Engelsdorf vacation home is perfect for large families. On 360 m² there are nine bedrooms, four kitchen areas, three living areas and five bathrooms. There is room for up to 27 guests. The house has been completely renovated and generously extended in recent years. It is perfect for a shared vacation with the family or couples of friends, as the living space is divided into four independent parts. This means that each guest can enjoy their privacy on the one hand and arrange to do things together on the other. You can of course use the vacation home all to yourself, there are no other guests in the house.A very large group room is ideal as a kitchen, dining room and lounge for large families and groups of friends.The 27 beds in 9 bedrooms are divided into 3 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, 1 four-bed room and 1 multi-bed room with 8 beds.The vacation home is very quietly located in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a tiny settlement surrounded by the idyllic nature of the Enz Valley in the Neuerburger Land region of the Eifel. The vacation home is only a few meters away from three other vacation homes. The Enz Valley cycle path runs at the foot of the house and it is surrounded by hiking trails.
